Jamelle Lindo, ACC, CTP - Emotional Intelligence Coach & Consultant
Jamelle Lindo is an emotional intelligence coach, trainer and speaker with over 10 years of professional experience in learning and development. As a seasoned HR professional, Jamelle has successfully coached and trained over 10,000 employees across Canada.
Jamelle is an associate certified coach with the International Coach Federation, as well as a certified training practitioner through The Institute for Performance and Learning. He is also trained and certified to administer the EQ-i 2.0, the worlds leading psychometric tool for measuring emotional intelligence.
Outside of the corporate space, Jamelle loves to engage with his community. He spends a lot of his time mentoring and supporting youth members belonging to single parent households. So far, he has worked with United Way Peel and Big, Brothers, Big Sisters of Peel to help cultivate a strong generation of future leaders.
Michael Esguerra, BA - Instructional Designer & Learning Consultant
Michael Esguerra is a highly skilled learning and development professional with over 12 years of experience as a facilitator and instructional designer. During this time, he has facilitated over 16,000 hours of virtual and in-person training to professionals across Canada. He has also successfully designed and implemented a variety of training programs to mid to large sized companies, some with more than 12,000 employees.
Although Michael is well versed in several areas of learning and development, he specializes in creating custom-designed training focused on performance based, experiential learning. He has completed the ATD Master Trainer Program, Designing Learning course through ATD, and the Program Planning for Adult Learners course at the University of Manitoba.
Outside of Michaels’ professional endeavours, he enjoys golfing, playing guitar and watching hockey. In his early years he used to play basketball, breakdance, and disc- jockey. In a short period of time, he managed to get pretty good at each of them and this is where Michael first discovered his passion for learning. Today, he seeks to share this passion with the world in as many ways as possibly.
