A learning journey is a process of learning that involves progressive steps towards acquiring a new skill. For example, to learn the piano, you may (1) watch online tutorials, (2) practice playing what you know, (3) study sheet music, (4) meet with your instructor, and repeat, and over time, this process leads to playing the piano successfully. EQ Excellence takes the same progressive approach to teaching emotional intelligence skills.
Every learning journey is unique, and based on the emotional intelligence leadership needs of your organization. We work with you to identify those learning needs, hand-pick from the following Journey Elements, and arrange them into an online, step-by-step, learning experience that's just right for your leaders.

E1 Keynotes / Workshops
A 60-90 minute virtual training session that teaches leaders an EQ skill such as assertiveness, empathy, resilience, etc.
E2 EQ Assessments
An online assessment and coach debrief session to highlight EQ strengths and opportunities for development.
E3 EQ Directed Coaching
An online coaching session designed to empower participants to apply new EQ skills in the real world for impact.
E4 Online Community Cohort
An online community where participants share learning, insights, challenges, and wins together along the learning journey.
E5 EQ Activities / Challenges
Activities that empower and challenge the learner to practice a new EQ skill and share their experiences with peers.
E6 Sponsorship Meetings
Check-point meetings with managers to provide stakeholders with front row insight into the learning journey results.
Journey
Design + Deliver
After working with one of our design experts to select the learning elements that suit your needs, we collaborate with you to arrange them into a 3-12 month learning journey, and work alongside you to implement, measure, and guide participants every step of the way. The entire journey is hosted online and you have a front row seat, so you can observe and track learning in real-time.
