Understanding Emotional Intelligence


This module welcomes participants to the program. Participants then introduce themselves in the community section, create EQ goals, begin daily EQ challenges, and participate in engaging video and audio content about what emotional intelligence is, and why it matters personally and professionally.

This module introduces participants to stress tolerance and resilience as a mindset that can be developed. Participants learn how to get the upper hand on stress through a series of audio and video modules, stress reduction techniques, and proven mindset strategies that empower participants to show up as their best self amid difficult situations.

This module empowers participants to build an EQ toolkit by reflecting on the various EQ tools and strategies covered so far and learning new tools around empathy and assertiveness. In closing, participants review their EQ goals and share their most valuable learning insights and experiences in the community section.
