90-minute debrief session with an EQ coach to interpret EQ results

A plan created in the debrief session focused on learning 1-2 EQ skills

Getting results

that matter.

EQ Coaching / Once leaders become aware, and have an action plan to begin skills development, they work with a certified EQ coach for 6 or 12 months to hone 1-2 emotional intelligence skills. All coaching is virtual, and focused on applying new EQ skills such as empathy, resilience, self-awareness, flexibility, and many more, on the job in the moments that matter most.

4-Step Coaching Process

Participants learn new EQ concepts from their EQ coach based on their highest priority leadership challenges.

Participants input or apply new EQ strategies in the real-world, leading to new experiences, outcomes, and results.

Participants work with their coach to review the results of new skills applied, and refine their approach, for better results.

At the end of the coaching term, participants reflect on success and share their progress with internal stakeholders.
