10-minute, multiple choice online survey to produce an EQ report

Debrief
90-minute debrief session with an EQ coach to interpret EQ results

Plan
A plan created in the debrief session focused on learning 1-2 EQ skills

Apply
Apply plan in the real world to develop new EQ skills on the job
Getting results
that matter.
EQ Coaching / Once leaders become aware, and have an action plan to begin skills development, they work with a certified EQ coach for 6 or 12 months to hone 1-2 emotional intelligence skills. All coaching is virtual, and focused on applying new EQ skills such as empathy, resilience, self-awareness, flexibility, and many more, on the job in the moments that matter most.
